It has been asked so for future folks who wonder the same thing, Maverick Ministries is not a 501(c) 3 ministry. It is more of a no profit ministry as I do most of my work without compensation and what little money I may make along the way I pay taxes on it. I don't ask for donations and can't give you a tax receipt and thus not bound by the rules applicable to such organizations. I am a private citizen ministering to po' folks. It is truly a faith-based operation.

The good part about this is that I can say what I want about any topic. This ministry is a separate entity and is run solely by myself.
